Voltage Control is a facilitation academy and consultancy that helps organizations elevate their ways of working to unlock their full collaborative potential. Our world-renowned 12-week Facilitation Certification program has trained hundreds of leaders in facilitation competency, while our consulting practice brings that expertise to scale across teams and organizations.
As a certified Miro Solutions Partner, we combine deep facilitation expertise with Miro platform enablement to help organizations move beyond fragmented usage toward scalable, consistent ways of working. From Fortune 500 enterprises to fast-moving design studios, we help leaders tackle product and innovation challenges, establish strategic guardrails, and design repeatable collaboration rituals that accelerate outcomes.
But Voltage Control isn’t just about programs and projects—it’s about practice and community. Through our Facilitation Lab Community, facilitators from around the globe connect to practice their craft in a low-stakes environment, experiment with new methods, and grow together. With dozens of practice labs worldwide, our alumni network is one of the most vibrant communities of facilitation professionals anywhere. We are dedicated to supporting alumni long after certification, offering them opportunities to lead, learn, and co-create.
Our master facilitators bring decades of experience in product innovation, team dynamics, and organizational learning. Whether the goal is to improve team cohesion, rapidly prototype the next big thing, or equip champions to spread better practices, we facilitate strategic alignment, creativity, and impact at scale—including large-scale facilitation projects with global reach.
Voltage Control was founded by Douglas Ferguson, a facilitator, educator, and former CTO passionate about collaborative leadership and innovation.
