The process incorporates 3 levels of exploration to help you create a practical, opinionated approach to adopting latest technology at your company.. Starting with the individual, expanding to the team, and then finally connecting these microstructures to the broader organization. The individual AI Canvas invites employees to consider where AI can benefit them, what they’ve already experimented with or have been curious about. The Team canvas opens a rich dialog and exploration around how the team can share best practices, prompt libraries, and team agreements. The organization pulls all this together through a broader lens of policy, goverance, legal, and a practical approach to measuring the awareness and adoption of AI.
The result of these exercises is an employee centered approach to creating meaningful change within your organization to empower your teams.
