Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, this is your safe playground to push boundaries, explore new methods, and level up your facilitation skills!
At Facilitation Lab Houston, facilitators and collaborative leaders come together to experiment, refine, and grow through real-time practice and role-play – because we believe that learning by doing is the best way to develop our facilitation muscle!
We use a tried and tested role play format called Practice Playground, which is a dynamic, hands-on process to help us sharpen our skills in a low-stakes and interactive way.
This is a rare chance to practice in a truly safe and supportive environment, where we can test new techniques, experiment, take risks, and get valuable, constructive feedback from peers.

About Facilitation Lab Houston
Facilitation Lab Houston is a monthly in-person meetup for changemakers, collaborative leaders, and facilitators across Houston. Our purpose is to foster learning by doing in a psychologically safe environment, building a strong and supportive community of peers across the region.

I honed this unique talent growing up working in 8 multigenerational family businesses alongside my parents, on Chicago’s South Side.
In 2017, in response to the impact of Hurricane Harvey on experienced leaders, I shifted my successful relocation business model, from “moving boxes to moving mindsets.” Today, combining the latest behavioral science, data & proven change methodologies, the Organized SHIFT team leverages the proprietary SHIFT approach, to prepare leaders and multigenerational teams to navigate the pace, demands and uncertainty of change, with improved performance, burnout-free.

Tiberia (Tib) Morris
Tiberia is a seasoned professional with over eight years of experience in training and facilitation. As a self-published author and certified life guide (life coach), Tiberia is passionate about empowering others to grow, reflect, and embrace their journeys toward self-discovery and fulfillment.
Peter Durand
As an artist, educator & visual facilitator, I work with teams to understand & explain complex systems.
Through meaningful discussion, drawing, brainstorming, design thinking, and visual storytelling we can coordinate humans to solve systemic problems in healthcare, technology, society, energy, climate, and social entrepreneurship.
Thanks to my artistic and adventurous family, I was born in Kenya, grew up in the green hills of East Tennessee, and studied art and design in the United States, France, and Poland. Because of this, I cannot imagine a life without traveling, learning, and creating with others.
