Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, this is your safe playground to push boundaries, explore new methods, and level up your facilitation skills!

At Facilitation Lab NYC, facilitators and collaborative leaders come together to experiment, refine, and grow through real-time practice and role-play - because we believe that learning by doing is the best way to develop our facilitation muscle!

In May, we’re teaming up with Cegos, an international leader in learning and development, to bring you Deal & Deliver: Playful Facilitation Strategies. This facilitation improv game was designed to help facilitators, team leaders, and collaborators of all levels hone their skills while having fun. Deal & Deliver puts your facilitation skills to the test as you embody personas, craft creative meeting strategies, and practice handling disruptions like a pro—all while laughing and learning. During this session, you will:

🎲 Play the game, laugh a ton, and practice handling real facilitation challenges.
⚡ Learn strategies to tackle those tricky meeting moments (yes, even that ONE person you don’t know what to do with).
📖 Take home a booklet of facilitation tips to keep the learning going.

We hope you will join us!

Noelle Pourrat
Noelle Pourrat My background is in international affairs, and I spent the first seven years at my organization (a foundation) working on the peace and security grantmaking team. I transitioned to an L&D role in October 2022 and one of my areas of interest that carried over was the importance of designing and holding spaces for important conversations and meaningful dialogue. My current professional development focus is on building my capacity to do that well.
