Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, this is your safe playground to push boundaries, explore new methods, and level up your facilitation skills!
At Facilitation Lab Milan, facilitators come together to explore, experiment, and evolve their craft. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or new to the field, this lab offers an unparalleled opportunity to practice in real-time, receive constructive feedback, and learn from peers through role-play.
Come prepared to practice various facilitation techniques, from traditional methods to cutting-edge approaches. At Facilitation Lab Milan, you’ll find over 20 different workshops to explore. This environment is designed to be safe, supportive, and conducive to growth, allowing you to try new strategies, fine-tune your skills, and gain confidence in your facilitation abilities.
Plus: This month we’re excited to partner with Jake Knapp (author of NYT best seller Design Sprint) around the launch of his new book Click: How to Make What People Want. Click introduces the Foundation Sprint – 2 day workshop for starting projects the right way. We’ll be practicing the “Differentiators” a key activity from the Foundation Sprint. This exercise helps teams define what makes their projects radically different from competitors, setting the stage for successful innovation.
As a very special bonus, we will give away a copy of Click to each participant. This book offers ten important lessons, a step-by-step playbook for the Foundation Sprint, and memorable stories from companies like Nike, Google, and Slack.
Last but not least, we’ll host a fireside chat with Douglas Ferguson to present “Basta riunioni del c***o!” — the Italian edition of The Non-Obvious Guide to Magical Meetings.

Featured Facilitators
Daniele Grieco
Facilitator and publisher, I work with companies and organizations—both institutional and non-profit—across various sectors and sizes, designing and leading workshops that help unlock, motivate, and make the most of every organization’s most valuable asset: its people. I trained with some of the world’s leading facilitators and am a certified facilitator in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology. I also serve as community manager for one of Italy’s leading facilitation networks. I’m a passionate advocate of Liberating Structures, bringing them wherever they’re most needed—from schools to healthcare and social institutions. I’m the founder and editorial director of La Traccia Buona, a publishing house specializing in non-fiction focused on social and ethical issues, facilitation, and personal-professional development. I’ve translated several foundational facilitation texts into Italian, including books by Adam Kahane and Douglas Ferguson.
Fabrizio Faraco
My career has evolved from technical roles to management, and from human resources to marketing—a lifetime of experiences, all centered around developing marketing and leadership skills. Today, I’m a Certified Facilitator in LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology, Design Sprint, and Design Thinking. I also work as a Mentor, Project Manager, Trainer, Speaker, and Author of Maieutic Facilitation—a book on facilitation. Together, these roles allow me to help companies bring innovation to life.
In Partnership With
Miro
Miro is an online workspace for innovation that is visually reminiscent to whiteboards we have in meeting rooms. All the tools are located on the left side of the screen. And it allows you to add various content from texts to images, create maps and diagrams, and work with visual templates together with a team.
La Traccia Buona edizioni
La Traccia Buona is a publishing house specializing in non-fiction, with a strong focus on facilitation, innovative business models, professional growth, and functional medicine. Our core audience includes professional and interest-based communities with whom we maintain close ties—often actively engaging with and nurturing these groups. The works we publish are authored by outstanding professionals who are highly qualified in their fields. In addition to new releases, we prioritize acquiring books written by global thought leaders whose work aligns with our editorial vision.
What People are Saying
"The community’s warmth and generosity in tending to me and the issue made me feel cared for and supported. Beyond the suggestions, which were immediately useful, the culture of the community makes leaning into that growth edge easier, and more delightful."
Katrina Mitchell
Senior Technical Advisor, JHPiego
“I just wanted to say thanks for the great session last night. Your feedback and suggestions were fantastic. I left very energized!"
Dan Corbin
Instructor at Pragmatic Institute
