This month, we’re coming together to celebrate the release of Gamestorming 2.0, the long-awaited update to the best-selling book on creative collaboration. Facilitation Lab NYC is a monthly in-person meetup for changemakers, collaborative leaders, and facilitators across NYC. Our purpose is to foster learning by doing in a psychologically safe environment, building a strong and supportive community of peers across the region.

Noelle Pourrat
My background is in international affairs, and I spent the first seven years at my organization (a foundation) working on the peace and security grantmaking team. I transitioned to an L&D role in October 2022 and one of my areas of interest that carried over was the importance of designing and holding spaces for important conversations and meaningful dialogue. My current professional development focus is on building my capacity to do that well.
