Featured Facilitators

Randi Lachter
I am a Public Health professional living in Northern CA. I completed the Voltage Control facilitation course in May. I work with state public health departments on coalition building with a focus on strategic planning and effective facilitation. I love walking my dog, traveling and cooking.
Sherry Suisman
I’m a former college writing instructor and nonprofit program director turned consultant. I’ve got a wide-ranging practice but, since 2015, have worked mainly with schools, colleges, and non-profits in the SF Bay Area. I design and facilitate retreats and workshops, lead long-term strategic planning projects, develop curriculum, write and edit, and manage projects for organizations that need an extra hand or a neutral third party.
Wendy Cown
I am a UX leader with over 20 years of experience ranging from consulting to education to financial services. Facilitation is a core part of how I work.

My expertise lies in optimizing UX practices through the establishment of robust rituals, comprehensive learning programs, and seamless design-product-engineering collaboration.

In Partnership With

Miro
Miro is an online workspace for innovation that is visually reminiscent to whiteboards we have in meeting rooms. All the tools are located on the left side of the screen. And it allows you to add various content from texts to images, create maps and diagrams, and work with visual templates together with a team.
Sports Basement
Sports Basement is a hub for local clubs, non-profits, and corporate partners. Our stores, in all their reclaimed glory, transform into whatever our community needs them to be.

What People are Saying

"In a world where we tend to connect digitally, it's so important to still come together, especially in a shared community where we're learning from each other and we're also affirming each other. So, coming here is worth the travel. It's worth being in the presence of others. You can't replicate that in a digital forum."

Susan Wilson-Golab
Bloomfield Hills Schools

“The best part of the Facilitation Lab is the opportunity to network with other facilitators. This community provides a unique opportunity to learn and grow from the insights and experiences of the other attendees.”
