About Facilitation Lab Seattle
Facilitation Lab Seattle is a monthly in-person meetup for changemakers, collaborative leaders, and facilitators across Seattle. Our purpose is to foster learning by doing in a psychologically safe environment, building a strong and supportive community of peers across the region.
As Regional Leads, Kelli and Paula cultivate a space for experimentation and collaborative leadership development, with a focus on people-powered organizational change.

Paula Rosecky
Dedicated bi-cultural consumer insights leader with over a decade of experience guiding corporate strategy through qualitative insights. Expert facilitator skilled at uncovering attitudes and behaviors through focus groups, in-depth interviews, and usability studies. Mixed methods experience translating qualitative and quantitative research findings into compelling strategic narratives that influence brand strategy, messaging, and product design and development. History of building strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Background in psychology, sociology, and brain science, underpins ability to deeply understand people and their relationship with products and services.
Amanda Baker
Amanda is a seasoned facilitator and coach, having served in the United States Peace Corps and delivering capacity-building workshops and coaching to community groups, leaders, and teams for over 15 years. She specializes in providing compassionate leadership development and coaching, inclusive people strategies, mentorship programs, empathetic meeting facilitation, and team-building workshops that bring ease to environments, ushering positive change. Amanda holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from UCLA, a certificate of Human Resources Management from UC Davis, and certifications in facilitation of DiSC and MindGym psychometric and behavioral psychology techniques. She is also a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, a Jay Shetty Certified Coach, and a seasoned mentor serving on the LWHRA Mentor Program committee.
