This 90-minute, interactive workshop is an opportunity to learn in a safe, judgment-free zone from experts and peers alike through a combination of lectures and hands-on practice. This session is hosted on Zoom. You’ll need a computer or laptop with a strong internet connection. We ask attendees to be prepared to actively participate with video and audio to get the most out of this class.
