Virtual Sales Sprints

Distributed Design Thinking & Facilitation for Sales

Accelerate and deepen your sales discovery process by leveraging the power of virtual facilitation.

Sales discovery is slow and inefficient…it’s easy to go down the wrong path and not always clear where real possibilities lie. This is where the methods of design-thinking come in handy – they are not just effective for designers and product creators to validate value. And if you have used design-thinking in your sales process before, it is a new challenge when everyone is suddenly virtual.

What to expect

What to Expect

Rather than spend weeks on interviews and synthesis, you can bring all your key stakeholders together for a powerful facilitated virtual session. A Virtual Sales Sprint can jump-start your sales process or amplify your sales enablement efforts using the latest virtual design thinking techniques. Keeping virtual meeting participants engaged requires more than an agenda. We will coach you how to leverage new paradigms like design-thinking, sensemaking, and capturing virtual room intelligence. Lastly, we will show you how to capture feedback so that each member in the meeting is leveling up and gaining more clarity.

What You'll Learn

Even if you are not a professional facilitator, many of us have to play the role of facilitator at key moments in our day-to-day sales work. Here’s your chance to learn tools to do it more successfully. Our workshop will help you lead and guide teams through important gatherings (think: “lockdowns,” working sessions, strategic meetings, etc.) to achieve better outcomes. You will be skilled at developing focused agendas, leading collaborative activities, remaining impartial, and keeping participants on task.

How You'll Learn

The class will be activity-based with facilitation simulations and collaborative sessions. You’ll have the chance to try new facilitation approaches and frameworks in a safe space. We won’t just talk at you — you’ll learn through doing, work with other participants, and get feedback. There will be plenty of time for Q&A, so you can learn from our experience running hundreds of workshops at some of the world’s largest enterprises.

What People Are Saying

"As a career leader in sales, sales curriculum design & education and leadership development, I love the experience of selling and facilitation. Creating, coaching and guiding people through a sales process (or any change experience for that matter) requires one to have a sincere desire to help people. The process of selling is about exchanging one’s resources for someone else’s because you truly believe they will benefit. And that is the ethos of facilitation, guiding people to co-create solutions that work for them. Add a layer of design thinking methodology to the mix, and one arrives a truly client centric approach to the sales experience. This program sits at the cross hairs of the sales, design thinking and facilitation disciplines, with an authentic commitment to delivering a human centered approach. If you have a sales process - great! Use these tools creatively to elevate your client experiences throughout your process. If you don’t yet have a sales process, acquiring the skills and disciplines necessary to use these tools will inspire you to create “fundamentally human” experiences and processes that matter to your prospects, clients, your organization and you.
