Sales Sprints

Design Thinking & Facilitation for Sales

About the Event

Accelerate and deepen your sales discovery process by leveraging the power of facilitation.

Sales discovery is slow and inefficient...it’s easy to go down the wrong path and not always clear where real possibilities lie. Rather than spend weeks on interviews and synthesis, bring all your key stakeholders together for a powerful facilitated session. A Sales Sprint can jump-start your sales process or amplify your sales enablement efforts.

Who Should Attend?

Early career professionals

looking to learn the essential best practices that give a foundation for rapid enhancement.

Professional sales teams

who want to apply facilitation and best in class design thinking tools to their approach

Senior professionals

who want to amplify their existing skills through practice in a safe environment while gaining familiarity with the latest tools.

Facilitators

who want to apply professional sales skills and frameworks in order to close more clients.

Wait, what's facilitation?

Facilitators lead and guide teams through important gatherings (think: “lockdowns,” working sessions, strategic meetings, etc.) to achieve better outcomes. They are skilled at developing focused agendas, leading collaborative activities, remaining impartial, and keeping participants on task. Even if you are not a professional facilitator, many of us have to play the role of facilitator at key moments in our day-to-day work. Here’s your chance to learn tools to do it more successfully.

What People are Saying

"I recommend Voltage Control workshops for any sales leader or sales enablement professional who is looking to level up their ability to build strong distributed teams and guide them in continuous improvement. After these workshops, I’m in a better position to build the next generation of sales leaders who are able to apply remote facilitation and design thinking skills to gain competitive advantage. "

"When time to value is at such a premium today, any opportunity to speed up the sales cycle is something you have to explore. Integrating design thinking and facilitation into the sales process was an eye opener for me. Learning new tools and then getting a chance to practice with others was great. A much needed different approach to the typical sales process which invariably leads to a long string of unproductive meetings. Instead of trying to "sale" your customers, engage with them and collaborate to find real opportunities. This training has gotten me rethinking the entire the sales approach."
