This survey is a snapshot of that work offering snapshots of the lived experiences of both hybrid and remote workers. Within the findings, we explore leaders’ challenges, capability gaps, and opportunities to adapt to the current workplace ecosystem more effectively, in order to define a working maturity model. The maturity model is a snapshot of trends across the nearly 100 leaders we heard from, combining quotes with findings from a survey.

Voltage Control surveyed nearly 100 leaders on culture, mental health, DEI, experience, hybrid, leadership, facilitation, collaboration, technology, and change.

We learned about the challenges in creating company culture - and the value getting it right brings, what 2/3 of leaders think about mental health, and how people's mindsets are are both obstacles and key opportunities to create exceptional work experiences.

After going remote during COVID-19, many organizations continue to offer remote or hybrid options to workers in higher numbers than ever before.
