Within the findings, we explore leaders’ challenges, capability gaps, and opportunities to adapt to the current workplace ecosystem more effectively, in order to define a working maturity model. The maturity model is a snapshot of trends across the nearly 100 leaders we heard from, combining quotes with findings from a survey.

Voltage Control surveyed nearly 100 leaders on culture, mental health, DEI, experience, hybrid, leadership, facilitation, collaboration, technology, and change.

We learned about the challenges in creating company culture - and the value getting it right brings, what 2/3 of leaders think about mental health, and how people's mindsets are are both obstacles and key opportunities to create exceptional work experiences.

The last two years have increased the velocity of workplace change, as well as its stakes.

We examined what change initiatives organizations are working on, how they expect to succeed in them, and what challenges they face. Supporting secondary research is also cited—from open-source intelligence, private databases, and public data. This report covers findings, analysis, and changes in the way companies work now, along with insights on what’s to come in the future and the big questions we all should be asking.
