In this session, we step into the shoes of a sustainability manager navigating real organizational friction, the kind that keeps resurfacing no matter how many action plans you create.
Most recurring challenges are not surface-level problems. They are iceberg problems. What we see, such as delays, resistance, or lack of ownership, is only the tip.
Underneath are deep-rooted beliefs and assumptions about what “sustainability” actually means. If we do not surface those beliefs, behavior will not change. Alignment will always loosen. What looks like consensus is often just fake harmony.
