About Facilitation Lab Waco
Facilitation Lab Waco is a monthly in-person meetup for changemakers, collaborative leaders, and facilitators across Waco. Our purpose is to foster learning by doing in a psychologically safe environment, building a strong and supportive community of peers across the region.
As Regional Leads, Melvin, Mike, and Casey cultivate a space for experimentation and collaborative leadership development, with a focus on people-powered organizational change.

Melvin is an experienced facilitator with a background in business management, economic development, and community building. With a career spanning leadership roles in the military, nonprofit sector, and education, Melvin brings a strategic yet human-centered approach to group dynamics and problem-solving. His work focuses on creating engaging, interactive spaces where diverse perspectives drive meaningful collaboration and innovative solutions.
Mike Hamilton
Currently I am the CCO of Rogue Media Network. I find, develop, and cultivate podcasts and new business. I started the company in 2019 and we have grown to support almost 200 unique shows. I am also an Experienced Trainer, Teacher, Producer, and Development Officer with a demonstrated history of working in education at all levels, and production of media of all types. Instructional Design background with students foremost in design. Skilled in Team Building, Web Design, Training Delivery, Audio/Video Production. Art, Management, and Employee Training. Strong professional with many hidden talents.
