Facilitating with AI

Facilitating with AI EMEA

Introduction to Facilitation in an AI-Shaped World

Live Online
AI is changing how work gets done — but it hasn’t replaced the need for human facilitation. In fact, it’s made it more important.

In this introductory workshop, you’ll explore how facilitation skills and AI can work together to improve collaboration, decision-making, and alignment across teams. Rather than treating AI as a tool for faster output, we’ll focus on how facilitators and collaborative leaders can use AI inside the work — to surface perspectives, strengthen shared understanding, and design better group experiences.

This session is a practical entry point into Voltage Control’s facilitation approach and certification programs. You’ll learn the core qualities of effective facilitation, see how they map to real leadership challenges, and experience how AI can support — not replace — thoughtful, inclusive facilitation.

During this FREE, virtual workshop, you will:
  • Learn what facilitation is and why it matters even more in an AI-enabled workplace
  • Explore how facilitation competencies (purpose, inclusion, clarity, craft, and adaptability) guide effective use of AI with groups
  • Practice a foundational facilitation framework — supported by AI — to improve participation, alignment, and decision-making
  • Identify next steps for developing your facilitation practice and collaborative leadership skills
