Live Online
A critical skill in successful product managers is their ability to facilitate. “Facilitate what?”, you ask. Everything from team collaboration, decisions, and innovation to name a few. If your stakeholders come to a decision or solution on their own accord–rather than a dictated path–the results are almost always more successful. Facilitation skills are key to driving this kind of influence.

Join Voltage Control and The Product League as we explore the intricacies of facilitating collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and the essential skills that elevate good product managers to greatness. Engage with industry leaders and gain insights into their journeys, discovering firsthand how superior facilitation skills have transformed them into influential figures in the product management landscape.
