Live Online
With Robert Cserti
Move from "great workshops" to an org-wide capability. In this free 90-minute session with Robert Cserti, co founder and CEO at SessionLab, we'll introduce the Facilitation at Scale maturity model - from Individual Facilitation to a Culture of Facilitation - and help you reflect on where your team or practice sits today. Through guided exercises and peer reflection, you'll leave with a sharper picture of your current stage and a concrete sense of what the next level looks like.

Agenda
The Facilitation at Scale Maturity Model
Walk through the stages of facilitation maturity, from one skilled individual to an organization where facilitation is embedded everywhere, and understand what distinguishes each level.
Where Does Your Team or Practice Sit?
Use a guided self-assessment to locate your team's current stage, with prompts that surface what's working, what's missing, and what's holding you back from moving forward.
Peer Reflection: What the Next Level Requires
In small groups, explore the specific mindsets, structures, and practices that characterize the next stageāand what it would realistically take to get there.
From Insight to Action
Identify one concrete shift: a new practice, a change in how facilitation is positioned, or a conversation you need to have that would move your team one stage forward.

Robert Cserti
I'm fascinated by the art and science of facilitation. Since taking my first facilitation training in 2009, I've been captivated by how thoughtfully designed workshops transform the way people collaborate and learn together.
This passion led me to co-found SessionLab. After years of designing and facilitating workshops myself, I grew frustrated with the lack of tools that truly supported the creative process behind effective group experiences. I wanted to create something better ā not just for myself, but for all the facilitators in the field.
Today, SessionLab has grown into a platform that helps thousands of facilitators, L&D and OD professionals design thoughtful group experiences. While building our company, I continue to facilitate workshops whenever possible ā these hands-on experiences keep me connected to the challenges and joys of bringing people together for meaningful collaboration.

What People Are Saying
"The communityās warmth and generosity in tending to me and the issue made me feel cared for and supported. Beyond the suggestions, which were immediately useful, the culture of the community makes leaning into that growth edge easier, and more delightful."
