Previously was vice president of interactive marketing and account director for advertising agency GSD&M; advertising executive with Lintas:New York; and held international marketing positions with Textron, managed annual budgets exceeding $70 million. Included as a "Shapers of the Future" in 2002 by "Converge", an educational technology publication. Serves on the SXSW Interactive and SXSW EDU Advisory Teams, appointed as an Affiliate with Texas A&M University Center for Population Health & Aging; an avid scuba diver; M.B.A. from Wake Forest University, a BA from Florida State University.
